Project Requirements

The client(Durga Prasad), is expecting the development, optimization and launch of a Personal Portfolio website. This requires full website development speed and performance optimization.

The website quality testing and optimizations are part of the project and different devices should be taken into consideration while evaluating performance. Project needs to be delivered in 3-4 weeks of time after receiving design assets from the client.

The client doesn't expect any content creation or design work. These assets will be provided by their content manager/freelance designer. The content of the website and images used should be exactly the same as the ones the client provides.

2. Blog functionality creation and should be able to add/edit posts

1. Design improvements will be managed by a freelance designer hired by the client
2. Content creation for the website will be provided by the client

Success will be measured based on productivity and efficiency.

We will be using analytics reports to track usage data and if website gets 1k active users with in the first two months.
